Quality commitment
A quality company should be held to its own standard. These are the commitments we make on every job.
01Competence
Assignments are matched to the engineer's discipline and experience. Specialist questions in welding, metallurgy, NDT or electrical inspection are reviewed by the relevant specialist in our team.
02Equipment
Measuring instruments used by our engineers are calibrated and traceable, and their identification is recorded in reports. Supplier equipment is used only after verifying calibration status.
03Controlled reporting
Reports use controlled templates, reference the document revisions used and are reviewed before issue. Corrections after issue are made by a new revision with the change recorded.
04Confidentiality
Client documents, drawings and supplier information are confidential and used only for the assigned job. Photographs are taken with the supplier's agreement and shared only with the client.
05Responsiveness
Inquiries are answered by an engineer, normally on the same working day. Report turnaround is agreed in the proposal, typically 24 to 48 hours.
06Improvement
Client feedback, complaints and internal reviews are recorded and used to improve our services.
