What to include in your first email
The more we know, the faster and more precise our proposal. A first email with these points is usually enough:
- Service needed (inspection, audit, expediting, FAT, representation)
- Product or equipment and quantity
- Supplier name and city in Turkey
- Purchase order scope or extract
- Drawings, specifications, ITP or checklist if available
- Applicable standards and acceptance criteria
- Planned dates or delivery schedule
- Reporting requirements and language
- Your company, name, position and phone number
We reply with clarifying questions where needed, then a written proposal with scope, inspector profile, schedule, reporting format and a fixed fee or day rate with expenses.
