Documentation and shipment readiness expediting

Vendor documentation expediting follows the vendor document register: drawings and calculations for approval, procedures (welding, NDT, test, painting), inspection and test plans, certificates, manuals and the final data book. QUALITAS TR tracks submission and approval status, chases overdue documents and resolves blocking comments with the supplier.

Shipment readiness expediting coordinates the end of the order: inspection and FAT scheduling, punch list closure, packing, marking, export documents and transport booking readiness.

Equipment that is physically complete may not ship because the data book is incomplete, a test certificate is missing or the FAT date was not booked. Documentation expediting prevents those last-minute delays.

Approved documents early in the project also prevent rework caused by manufacturing to unapproved drawings.

Document requirements come from the contract and applicable codes. Certificate content is checked against EN 10204 and the product standards; pressure equipment documentation follows the applicable directive and code.
