01What the service involves
QUALITAS TR monitors projects executed by Turkish suppliers on behalf of buyers. We validate the supplier's schedule, set up a milestone and quality gate structure, verify physical progress on site, follow engineering, procurement and manufacturing status, and maintain the risk and issue register.
Reporting is concise and decision oriented: status by work package, verified progress against plan, a look-ahead of the next period, risks with mitigation, and the decisions required from the buyer.

Supplier progress reports describe the project from the supplier's perspective. Independent monitoring describes it from yours, based on verified facts.
