When engineering and manufacturing sit in different countries, the gaps are predictable. Drawings are interpreted differently, specifications reference standards the supplier does not hold, tolerances are tighter than the process can achieve, and engineering changes reach the shop floor late or not at all.
QUALITAS TR acts as the engineering interface in Turkey. We review technical documentation before manufacturing starts, raise and track technical queries, check manufacturing feasibility with the supplier, control engineering changes, verify bills of material and confirm that the product being built matches the current approved revision.
This is practical engineering management rather than design: we do not take design authority from you. We make sure your design intent is understood, feasible and correctly implemented, and we escalate technical decisions to you with the information needed to make them quickly.
