SAT, installation and commissioning support

QUALITAS TR supports buyers during installation and start-up of equipment at sites in Turkey. We inspect installation (foundations and anchoring, alignment, piping and cabling connections, safety guarding), witness site acceptance tests and performance runs, track punch list items from FAT and site, and review handover documentation such as as-built drawings, test records, manuals and spare parts lists.

For foreign suppliers installing equipment in Turkey, we can also act as the local technical representative coordinating with the Turkish site team.

Problems at site are expensive and visible to end users. A structured SAT and punch list process prevents disputed acceptance and incomplete handover.

Continuity with the FAT inspector reduces repeated testing and confusion about open items.

SAT criteria come from the contract and SAT procedure. Statutory inspections at site, for example periodic inspection of lifting or pressure equipment, are performed by authorised bodies.

Site support is available throughout Turkey and can be combined with resident engineering for longer installations.
