Railway components and rolling stock
Railway components demand traceability, welding discipline and complete documentation. We inspect suppliers of rolling stock and infrastructure parts.
01Long life, high safety requirements
Railway applications combine structural welding, castings and forgings, machined safety parts and electrical systems, with long service life and strict documentation. Welding of rail vehicles and components follows EN 15085 in Europe.
QUALITAS TR supports buyers with supplier audits, welding and fabrication inspection, first article inspection and documentation review.
02Typical quality risks we see
