Third-party inspection services in Turkey

Independent inspectors at your supplier's facility, verifying conformity at the stages that matter and reporting facts you can act on.

Overview

Your eyes at the supplier, with engineering judgement

Third-party inspection, also called vendor, source or shop inspection, places an independent inspector at the manufacturer's premises to verify that purchased goods meet the purchase order, drawings, specifications and applicable codes before they leave the factory.

QUALITAS TR covers the full range of manufacturing inspection, from raw material and in-process checks through final and pre-shipment inspection to container loading. Inspections can be single visits, a programme of visits linked to an ITP, or continuous surveillance for critical orders.

Our inspectors have engineering backgrounds in metallurgy, mechanical manufacturing and quality engineering. They read drawings and specifications, understand how the part is made and recognise early signs of a problem, which is what separates useful inspection from box ticking.

Inspection points defined before production starts

Hold, witness and review points give the buyer control without stopping the supplier's work unnecessarily.

How we work

From inspection request to release note

Every visit follows the same disciplined sequence, so reports are comparable across suppliers and orders.

  1. Inspection instruction

We confirm scope, documents, acceptance criteria, sampling and the latest drawing revisions before travelling.

  2. Supplier coordination

Date, readiness and access are confirmed with the supplier. Partial readiness is reported, not hidden.

  3. Inspection

Documents, material, dimensions, workmanship, testing and marking are checked against the agreed criteria with photographs and measured values.

  4. Findings

Deviations are discussed with the supplier on site and classified as critical, major or minor.

  5. Report

A structured report with a clear verdict: accepted, accepted with remarks, or rejected, issued within the agreed time.

Frequently asked questions

Is QUALITAS TR an accredited inspection body?

No. QUALITAS TR provides independent second- and third-party inspection on behalf of buyers. Where a regulation or contract requires an inspection body accredited to ISO/IEC 17020 or a notified body, we tell you and coordinate with such an organisation.

How quickly can an inspector attend?

For locations in central Anatolia a visit can often be arranged within one to three working days. Other regions depend on travel. Tell us the date and city and we confirm availability by return.

Direct contact. No forms.

Discuss your inspection, audit or project requirements

Send us the purchase order scope, drawings, specifications or ITP and the supplier location. You will receive a written proposal with scope, inspector profile, schedule and reporting format.
